On December 27, 2008, four family members from Spain experienced the tea ceremony in Asakusa. 理事長
東京大学経済学部卒業後、都庁へ勤務。知事室で鈴木都知事の秘書を務める。
自治体国際化協会ニューヨーク事務所次長として、米国の地方自治・NPOの状況を調査、30余州を訪問。帰国後、国際化施策担当課長として国際交流・協力団体との連携を推進。
東京ビッグサイト総務部長、産業労働局参事（観光まちづくり担当）として、観光・コンベンション行政、観光人材育成を推進。
2008年3月に都庁を早期に退職したが、都庁に対しては様々な機会を与えてくれたことに感謝。
8月、NPOの設立により、理事長に就任。
