24 hour Interpretation service for foreigners on 119 dial in Saitama : News

Saitama city started a service where interpreters are on call on 119 dial, emergency call for medical and fire incidents, serving foreigners 24 hours 365 days. The old automatic guidance system has been replaced by this new system with translators due to the fact that detailed information could not be obtained and there had been feedback from foreigners that a more detailed service was in need.
